How Do I Place An Order?
To order from us simply go to our store page and make your selections. If you need help or have any questions, feel free to contact us. We will do our best to respond quickly.
Payment and Shipping
As soon as we receive your orde and your payment is processed, we will begin to fufil it for you. Most of the time we should be able to ship it out within 2 business days. However, in cases of out of stock, or low stock items, we may have to make your products for you. In that case, plese allow a mamimum of 2 weeks for your order to arrive. We will contact you if we think this it will be longer than that or if there is an issue with your order.
We try to keep your costs as low as possible. Shipping is charged by weight and sent through USPS. We will do our best to choose the cheapest shipping moehod for your product.

Returns & Exchanges
Special orders are non-returnable.
Regular orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt with original tags and in unworn condition. Please notify us by phone or email before the return. If returning because of damageaad product, please send us a picture of the damage upon receiving. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid. Credit issued will not include original shipping. We reserve the right to not accept a return. We are not able to offer cash back, but we are happy to issue store credit or an exchange for a product of equal value.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
